BC Student Outcomes
The BC College and Institute Student Outcomes Project is an annual survey of former students of British Columbia's public university colleges, colleges and institutes. The survey asks former students what they have done since completing their education, and if they are satisfied with the education they received.

BC Transfer Guide
Provides users with the ability to search for courses and for course transfer details in BC post-secondary institutions.

BCcampus "is a collaboration of post-secondary institutions in British Columbia providing an online central access point to post-secondary online and distance learning courses, programs and resources".

British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer 
BC Council on Admissions & Transfer (BCCAT) oversees the BC Transfer System, enabling important links between the BC post-secondary institutions, the education ministries, and the public and private education sectors.

The Canadian Training Institute 
A nonprofit organization providing training, consulting assistance, promoting collaborative action and undertaking research projects contributing to the effectiveness of services delivered by criminal justice and related agencies.

Colleges and Institutes Canada (previously known as ACCC)
The national, voluntary membership organization representing colleges, institutes and polytechnics in Canada and internationally. 

Education Planner 
"Your guide to post-secondary education in British Columbia". Information on programs at B.C.'s public post-secondary institutions. Users may search for programs by interests, subjects and institutions.

Kalef Consulting
Site prepared by Justice Institute Instructor Reva Kalef, with the intent to provide ongoing instructional information to past workshop attendees as well as others involved in adult education. Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) is gaining credit where credit is due; what you know does count. PLAR is a concept that permits you to earn credit for post-secondary level knowledge regardless of where or how the learning occurred. It is a process by which you demonstrate that what you have learned is equivalent to what is being taught in a traditional post-secondary context.

International Students

The BC government has launched a refreshed LearnLiveBC website that provides international students with a comprehensive, easy-to-navigate interactive guide to learning and living in the province. Foreign students can access information about BC's PSE system; use toolkits to find a BC school or institution, apply to a school or institution, and make travel arrangements; and find information about living and working in BC while attending an educational institution and options for transitioning to permanent residency following graduation.
