Vancouver campus closed December 3

Classes moved to New Westminster campus

Job action is planned by BCIT unionized staff and instructors on Monday, December 3, 2012 at the shared Great Northern Way campus in Vancouver.

As a result, classes scheduled by the JIBC School of Health Sciences (EMR100-Emergency Medical Responder & EMR102-Accelerated Emergency Medical Responder) and JIBC School of Community & Social Justice (LEAD177-Facilitation Skills for Leaders) at the Great Northern Way Campus have been moved to our New Westminster campus, for December 3 only.

We will continue to monitor the status of job action at post-secondary institutions; assess potential impacts on the delivery of scheduled classes; and respond, as appropriate, to minimize the impact on our students.

Updates will be provided as we learn of any further planned job action that will impact the delivery of JIBC classes.
