Context / Purpose: 

Subject to the educational and training needs of the Institute, JIBC supports and encourages community organizations, agencies and ministries access to JIBC facilities and equipment.

Policy Statement: 

Use of JIBC facilities will be provided to requesting organizations at the discretion of the JIBC and only when the facilities and equipment are not required by the JIBC.  Such use will be subject to procedures and appropriate rental rates.
